Ayam takPenyek Achik Siti

I first had ayam penyet in a little Singapore cafe, pregnant with Ammar.
This is not it.

Ayam:
Tumbuk kuyit, halia, bawang putih & garam untuk ayam goreng. Goreng covered, so lembut!

Sambal:
Version1:Tumis bawang merah, cili padi, tomato, belacan, gula & garam. And then tumbuk.
Version2: Tumbuk dulu the above ingredients, and then goreng - Much cleaner version!

Sayur:
Kobis putih, timun, kacang panjang or kangkung dicelur

Add-ons: Tempeh goreng (add garam),ikan masin, telur masin
